Kenneth Isaac “K.I.” Riddle, 89, of Columbia, Kentucky and Lebanon, Tennessee passed away on Wednesday, January 17, 2018 at the St. Thomas West Hospital in Nashville, Tennessee after a short illness. He was born June 23, 1928 in Marrowbone, Kentucky, the son of the late Danny Isaac and Pearl Strange Riddle of Cumberland County, Kentucky.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Maxine Lollar Riddle, a son, Kenneth Stewart Riddle, a sister, Josephine Riddle Moore and a granddaughter, Saskia Nuszbaum
Riddle was a member of the Columbia Christian Church, was a Chevron Oil Distributor in Columbia from 1959-1987, and he was a member of Columbia Lodge # 96.
He is survived by one grandson, Stewart (Sheri) Riddle of Lebanon, Tennessee, three great grandchildren, Jolene Nuszbaum, McCoy Nuszbaum and Hannah Riddle, and one nephew, William Harold Moore of Round Rock, Texas.
The funeral service was held Saturday January 20, 2018 at Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home with Bro. Terry White and Bro. Raymond Martin officiating.Interment was in the Burkesville Cemetery, Burkesville, Kentucky. Pallbearers were Bob Barnes, Christopher Lewis, Roger Meadows, Bobby E. Riddle, Joe Strange and James Watson.
Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements. Norris & New Funeral Home was in charge of local arrangements.
