Long-time businessman and former owner of Shell Quick Mart in South Albany, Mr. Keith Garrett, 63, of Albany, Kentucky, passed away on Saturday, September 12, 2015 at his residence in Clinton County, Kentucky. He was the son of the late Ryan and Vera (Sells) Garrett. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two sons, Terry Dale Garrett and Kenny Wayne Garrett, a sister, Doris Faye Garrett and a brother, Bobby Garrett.
He is survived by his wife, Debra (Jones) Garrett, a son, Brian (and Tammy) Garrett, two daughters, Kimberly (and Nathan) Stockton and Keisha Garrett, all of Albany, a brother, Willie (and Paulette) Garrett of New Castle, Indiana, a sister, Sue Garrett (and Willie) Rose of Burkesville, eight grandchildren, Felicia Worth, Brandon, Dustin and Madison Garrett, Keitha Stockton, Aidan and Andrew Whittenburg and Anthony Poore, three great-grandchildren, Bryce and Bentli Worth and Shealynn Garrett, several nieces and nephews, with a host of other relatives and friends.
Funeral services will be conducted on Wednesday, September 16, 2015 at 1:00 p.m. (C.S.T.) in the chapel of Campbell-New Funeral Home with Pastor Melvin Daniel and Jesse M. Stockton, Jr. officiating. Burial will be in the Peolia Cemetery in Clinton County.
