Billy Harold Neal of Jamestown, Kentucky, formerly of Albany, Kentucky, passed away on Sunday, June 5, 2016, at his residence in Jamestown, having attained the age of 44 years, 11 months and 20 days. He was born in Fort Hood, Texas on Wednesday, June 16, 1971, the son of Herbert Harold Neal and Margaret (Guthrie) Little. He was a member of Peolia United Methodist Church and a business owner. He was preceded in death by his mother, Margaret (Guthrie) Little, his maternal grandparents, Frank and Georgia Guthrie, and his paternal grandparents, Curtis and John Neal.

He is survived by his father, Herbet Harold (and Sherry) Neal of Macedonia, Ohio, his children, Kaitlyn Brook Neal of Murray, Abby Nicole Neal and Morgan Rose Neal of Burkesville, Noah Dalton Neal of Hermitage Springs, Tennessee, Billy Reed Neal of Webster, Alexis Rose Neal and an unborn son, Jordan Neal of Jamestown, his siblings John (and AArika) Neal of Richmond, Ryan (and Kelley) Neal of Oakwood, Ohio, Sarah Neal (and Jimmie McFarland) of Manchester, Ohio, and Crystal Little of Lexington, his fiancée, Brittany Nicole Redman of Jamestown, several nieces, nephews, and many friends.

Funeral services will be conducted Thursday, June 9, 2016, at 1:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Campbell-New Funeral Home with Bro. Bobby Brown and Bro. Chopper Brown officiating. Burial will follow in the Peolia Cemetery in Clinton County, Kentucky. The family will receive friends after 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, June 8, 2016, at the funeral home.
